1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of products, services and information provided by The Sugarcane Man. By placing an order, hiring our cart, applying to the youth program or using this website you accept these terms.

2. Product Freshness & Storage

  • All juices are cold-pressed daily and contain no preservatives.
  • Recommended refrigerated shelf life is 3–5 days. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
  • We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed via phone, WhatsApp or the website order form.
  • Payment options include cash on delivery, M-Pesa and invoice.
  • Large or event bookings may require a deposit to secure the date.
  • Prices may change due to seasonal supply or cost fluctuations; confirmed bookings will use the price in the booking confirmation.

4. Deliveries

  • We deliver across Nairobi. Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout or quoted for bulk orders.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen events.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive orders.

5. Wholesale

  • Wholesale pricing is subject to change and may depend on order volume and packaging.
  • Weekly invoicing is available on approval. Late payments may incur interest.

6. Events & Cart Hire Policy

Our events service is designed to be reliable and professional. Please read booking requirements carefully.

  • Deposit may be required to secure an event date.
  • Final balance is due before or on the event day.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit part or all of the deposit.
  • Clients must provide a safe working area for the cart and access to power/water if requested.
  • Any damage caused to equipment may incur repair or replacement charges.

7. Youth Employment Program Applications

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.
  • Personal data is used only for selection, communication and training-related purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Contact details, order info and application data may be collected.
  • Data is used to process orders, manage bookings, and run youth programs.
  • Data is stored securely; no personal data is sold.
  • You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
